Bloomington, IL (March 16, 2007) – Billy Drake Racing is excited to announce two new partnerships for his racing team for 2008. Shell Racing Solutions and Q Racing Engine Oils announce a new partnership with Billy Drake Racing featuring the Shell formulated Q Racing Engine Oil. Q Racing Engine Oil will be the exclusive engine oil used by the Billy Drake Racing Team in 2008. Billy and his engine builder Mike Mullvain have been working closely with Shell Racing Solutions and testing the new Q Racing Engine Oils in his super late model engines on the dyno at Mullvain Motorsports. Billy is pleased to announce this new partnership with Q Racing Engine Oil and the opportunities for Q Racing Engine Oils to gain market share in the dirt late model industry.

Billy Drake is also pleased to announce K&N Filters as a new product sponsor for Billy Drake Racing in 2008. K&N Filters provides both street and high performance filters for the auto industry and is a Team Lucas sponsor of the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. They are a great company to be associated with and their involvement with the Lucas Oil series will just enhance our program as well," stated Billy.

Billy and the Billy Drake Racing Team will compete next on March 29^th at Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, IN for the annual "Indiana Icebreaker" sanctioned by the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series. The 50-lap feature event will pay $10,000 to the winner and will award points to drivers in the national points standing for the series. Billy is currently 36^th in the national point's standings but looks for a good run to improve his position in the standings.
